1. Subject

These Terms govern the use of the website airb4.com (the "Site"), relating to the AIR trademark of B4 S.r.l. unipersonale (S.r.l.), registered office at Via Roma Sud, 43, 42030 Vezzano sul Crostolo (RE), Italy, VAT IT03134390354 (hereinafter "AIR" or "the Controller"). Using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms.

2. Nature of the Site and its content

The Site is informational and presents the services offered. The content, the service descriptions and any results indicated do not constitute a contractual offer nor a guarantee of outcome. Every service is the subject of a separate and specific agreement between AIR and the client, entered into outside the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The AIR trademark, the logo, the text, the graphics, the code and the other content of the Site belong to the Controller or to third-party licensors and are protected by applicable law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

4. Permitted use

The user undertakes to use the Site lawfully, without compromising its operation, security or integrity, and not to attempt unauthorised access.

5. Demonstration tools (chatbots and demos)

The Site may include demonstration tools (for example demo chatbots). These tools are purely illustrative, may return inaccurate answers, and must not be used to enter personal, confidential or sensitive data. Interactions with the demo do not constitute professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

The Controller does not warrant that the Site will always be available, error free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the Controller is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or its content.

7. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The Controller is not responsible for the content or the practices of those sites.

8. Processing of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Reggio Emilia has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory forum of the consumer where applicable.
